Sound Bath - evening!

Reset your mind after the holiday festivities and heal your soul with sound! Come and enjoy a sound bath experience. Eden Foster is a sound energy healer. She plays a variety of instruments that are designed to recalibrate the mind and the body for a better you. This session will be a max of 18 with limited mats provided. Feel free to bring your own mat, blankets, pillows, eye coverings, anything that will help you relax and feel cozy! Doors will close and lock at 6:55 so don't be late!
